Strawberry / black raspberry

Sweet strawberries and slightly tart black raspberries in a sweet crust. I couldn't keep this much pie at home to myself so I brought it in to share with the Fresh Salt regulars.

Fox Farms Black Currant Tart

The woman from Fox Farms comes to the New Amsterdam Market with a different variety of delicious fruits and berries each week. Sunday included these beautiful black currants which made a nice tart tart.
